- Entrance exam scorecard
- 10th and 12th mark sheets
- Transfer certificate
- Character certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size photographs
- Graduate Marksheets (for PG courses)
- Income Certificates (for Scholarships only)
